  Disgusting and unprofessional. It's always such a dissapointment ordering from here. They never get your drink size correct and they need to clean their drink machines. Wish they'd fix it, they haven't for months.

  I went to the Taco Bell in floresville Tx 12/10/2025 and when I walked in I was immediately put off by the loud obnoxious voice i heard yelling at the employees. It was an older lady behind the counter with red hair, tattoos and a little over weight. As a customer I should never hear that coming into an establishment. Im assuming she was the manager due to the way she was talking to them but I actually was really co concerned for the employees. This is definitely not okay behavior while I was inside but to allow anyone to talk to the employees that way is completely not okay.

  We were just in line at 9:55pm and were greeted perusal we asked for a moment to pick from their new menu. We were asked four different times if we were ready after only being there for less than a minute. We were then told we were on a timer with attitude and we had been speaking with the manager on staff and we had to then place a mobile order because we had surpassed our time limit. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in an establishment and employee. We definitely took our money elsewhere. Corporate really needs to step in here.

  The workers just told us the name, we bought freezes and I had to ask them for it. I ended up not even getting one of my items that I bought and on top of that no fire sauce despite asking for it. One of the workers also looked so confused on what to do it was kinda bad looking, do they not teach their employees?

  I typically don't review fast food establishments. This Taco bell is excellent and deserves kudos for it. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and everyone I saw working was wearing gloves. The food was better than I expected as most taco bells have really gone way down hill. The proportion between the meats, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese was on par. I will dine at this taco bell again. I would also like to thank the franchisee and management for running a tight ship and showing pride in the restaurant.
