    I walk in. The only customer in the store. The lady behind the counter is talking to another employee about her boyfriend. 30 seconds later she walks up to the front, grabs a handful of meat and say “sorry sir. It’s going to be a while. I have online orders to do.” I walked out. This is the customer service I got. Apparently online orders are more important than someone standing right in front of you. Sorry Subway. You failed horribly today.

    After trying to order online and on the app several times with no luck I called in my order. The BOGO1 discount would not work online no many how many times I tried. The Staff made sure everything worked when I came by.

    Employees need to have better attitude when serving customers. The fact that the employee immediately gave me attitude when I asked for the number 16 and he told me that he doesn’t know what sandwich that is and to immediately tell me to read the menu to him so he can make my sandwich. His words “you know if you tell me the number I’m not gonna know what the sandwich or what’s in it can’t you just tell me what’s in the sandwich” btw didn’t even mention to me that he was new or not. I’m puzzled so I helped him tell him what is in the sandwich instead while he angrily made it. Never going to this location again

    We had a wonderful experience at this Subway. We are from out of state and here for our grandson's football jamboree. The store was full with a line because a track team that was there. We decided to stay and wait in line. I have to say the two young gentlemen were doing an amazing job with the crowd. They worked fast and were very courteous to everyone they waited on. I was very impressed with the service and food we received at a very busy and and I'm sure a stressful time. I wish the employees at the subway where I live were as committed as these two young men were. Great job guys!

    I wish I could just say thank you and this whole review be understood by those two words alone. Because yesterday I took the family to subway and they were extra busy but thats how you know the food is good, plus they were training a new person. No big deal seeing as everyone starts somewhere. So we wait patiently and got our food, and damn it was every bit as good as I had hoped it would be. During the time we were eating however this doordash lady threw a whole tantrum yelling and cussing. I understand the wait was long but thats no reason to fail at being a decent human being, and to show that kind of behavior infront of children is unacceptable. Now right after the incident and the lady had left, the staff checked on my children and made sure they were alright all while apologizing to us. That was totally unexpected but is greatly appreciated even though they didn't need to apologize for having to deal with someone who doesn't have basic human decency. Thank you!
