The lady behind the counter is talking to another employee about her boyfriend. 30 seconds later she walks up to the front, grabs a handful of meat and say “sorry sir. It’s going to be a while. I have online orders to do.” I walked out. This is the customer service I got. Apparently online orders are more important than someone standing right in front of you. Sorry Subway. You failed horribly today.

The fact that the employee immediately gave me attitude when I asked for the number 16 and he told me that he doesn’t know what sandwich that is and to immediately tell me to read the menu to him so he can make my sandwich. His words “you know if you tell me the number I’m not gonna know what the sandwich or what’s in it can’t you just tell me what’s in the sandwich” btw didn’t even mention to me that he was new or not. I’m puzzled so I helped him tell him what is in the sandwich instead while he angrily made it. Never going to this location again
- NTNancy TAug 16, 20255.0We had a wonderful experience at this Subway. We are from out of state and here for our grandson's football jamboree. The store was full with a line because a track team that was there. We decided to stay and wait in line. I have to say the two young gentlemen were doing an amazing job with the crowd. They worked fast and were very courteous to everyone they waited on. I was very impressed with the service and food we received at a very busy and and I'm sure a stressful time. I wish the employees at the subway where I live were as committed as these two young men were. Great job guys!
