  Ever since the new company took over the quality of the sandwiches has gone down while the price went up. The sandwiches used to have a perfect quantity of meat to the vegetables and now even if you order double meat, the amount of meat in the sandwiches is just shy of adequate. Also, they took out the see through shields so you could actually look at the ingredients ans watch them build the sandwiches.... what are they trying to hide? The new corporate owner needs to give the company back to the previous owners so they can fix the absolute catastrophe these new owners turned it into, and then the people that made the decision to make the changes that turned excellent sandwiches into the temu version of a sandwich needs to be demoted to scrubbing the toilets. Do not waste your money here, you can get better sandwiches at Walmart.

  I told them easy mayonnaise and easy lettuce and he the guy that made it plastered with the lettuce and mayonnaise all in my sandwich after I specifically told them easy. I’m not very happy. They always messed up every single time we go and they didn’t have no hairnet on they didn’t wash their hands. They just put on their gloves. It’s like very unprofessional.

  Asked for banana peppers on my footlong sandwich, guy grabbed 4 of it, picking it one by one. Asked for extra banana peppers bc the worker gave me 4. Guy with the glasses (the worker) tells me no and that “I need to save some for everyone else.” I’ve always asked for extra ever since I could remember and have never had a problem. The worker with the glasses was rude for absolutely no reason. I stayed very nice throughout it, so had no idea why he was rude. I am now eating a sandwich w 4 peppers on it.

  I walk in. The only customer in the store. The lady behind the counter is talking to another employee about her boyfriend. 30 seconds later she walks up to the front, grabs a handful of meat and say “sorry sir. It’s going to be a while. I have online orders to do.” I walked out. This is the customer service I got. Apparently online orders are more important than someone standing right in front of you. Sorry Subway. You failed horribly today.
