  Floresville Pizza Hut have such friendly Staff and very clean dine room ! We did not have to wait long for our food and and food taste amazing every time !

  I was not greeted by staff, it wasn’t untill someone who recgonized my parents greeted us in a very friendly manner, compared to the staff member who was closest to us. We Ordered pepperoni with extra pepperoni, there was not enough pepperoni and Italian sausage, there was not enough pepperoni on my pizza, and some of my slices of pizza got very little Italian sausage as it was not spread out evenly, staff was not wearing hats or hair nets, one staff member was wearing shirt with NO Pizza Hut LOGO, I wasn’t sure If she worked there or not. At one point someone ,probably a manger, was counting the register, left the bigger dollar bills on top of the register key board while continuing her counts of the change, put herself at Risk of being robbed, I could see the big bills ($50) and it was within my reach.

  We had a great dine-in experience at Pizza Hut! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our server checked on us regularly without being intrusive and made sure our drinks stayed filled and that we had everything we needed. The food came out hot and fresh. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The sides were just as good, and the overall quality exceeded our expectations.

  The service was excellent. Priscilla was our server. She was very friendly and polite. A pleasant experience. Will definitely come back.

  This is the 3 rd time in recent times ive had order problems with this store. The last time I ordered online waited over an hr, called the store, finally someone answered the phone. The poor woman was the ONLY employee at the store. Had to lock the door, trying to answer phone orders, online orders? Make orders, serve drive thru be ause corporate has cut their staff THAT much!! Tonight i ordered thru door dash. When it got here..I should have checked before he left, but it wouldn't have mattered, it was someone else's receipt and order. So. Whwm I gave him my 'code' he should have seen that, thats what its for, but he didnt even look. He drove away. I saw it was wrong. I called the doordash driver, he told to call pizza hut its their error. Well...you shouldn't be delivering food to the wrong place! Door dash of course refunded me and I keep the wrong food. Do better people!!!!!!
