The manager was the one serving us at the pick up window and he was moving slow as ifnhe didnt care about what he was doing. Handed my husband the food kinda aggressively and then didnt even hand us the drinks. No, it will be just a moment more on the frappe, no thank you for your patience or anything. Just handed us the rest of the stuff and closed the window without a thank you. For a manager thats pretty unprofessional. I know how difficult working food service is (did it myself and will never do so again) but just a little effort in trying to act nice goes a long way.

- MDMarlaina DelagarzaNov 4, 20252.0I had gone to pick up my food before a appointment which they had already messed my order up didn’t give me the deal I wanted spoke with a manager to get my food fixed which he did fix but when I left my burger looks like someone took a bite out of it this is disgusting I called to let the manager know and he did say he’ll fix my meal but would you even wanna eat at a place like that anymore mind you I’m pregnant so I was very grossed out knowing that so many things get spread through just saliva
