  After only 15 minutes in line my online order was done I guess the ice cream was finished way before my pickup time 😞 no wonder they didn't flip them both were trashed very disappointing

  I drive threw here to visit my gma in Karnes city decided to stop n grab something n tell me y I waited almost 15 mins in the drive thru n they still didn’t get my order correctly

  Girl at the window was so cute. Wanting to tell me four different jokes, they were cute funny jokes. We had ice cream.It was good!!!

  Can not attest to the food because we did not get to eat but the staff that was working tonight (3/3/2026) is extremely unprofessional. We were ordering in the drive thru and were informed they were out of most things we tried to order a they were waiting for a truck. We completely understand that but what we are dissatisfied with the service. We tried to continue the order with the girl who later said she was the manger on duty and I guess she couldn’t here our questions we were asking so we told her never mind we decided to go somewhere else. We drove off and we saw her throw her hands up and roll her eyes. I went in to speak to someone and she is the one who came up. I told her that we tried to say to cancel the order and she just rolled her eyes. Then when I left the store the other employees at the counter pointed at me and my husband car and started laughing at us. Picture of the one in red is the one who said she was the manger and the other is the other employees that pointed at out car were laughing
