  I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway on Highway 155. The service was consistently poor, with long wait times and staff who seemed unmotivated and disorganized. What stood out the most, though, was the management. The manager’s attitude toward both customers and employees was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. It was clear that employees were not being treated with respect, which likely contributes to the negative atmosphere in the store. When staff are spoken to harshly or without basic decency, it shows in the overall quality of service and morale. As a customer, it’s frustrating to see that kind of environment, and it definitely impacts whether I would return. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in both customer service and management practices. A respectful, supportive workplace would go a long way toward improving the experience for everyone involved. If I could get zero stars, I would this place needs to to do better

  Staff went above and beyond on my last minute catering order and food is excellent at a great price too!

  Goo to the other location on 155 otw to Frankston they are far superior and cheaper I am beyond floored. Besides the fact that I called 11 minutes after the payment processed to cancel and I realized I ordered from the wrong location, I was told I could not get my OVER CHARGED money back. For food I DID NOT RECEIVE. I was told I have to immediately call to cancel. Had I realized it was the wrong location I would have. I should have realized when it was $53 for 3 sandwiches it wasn't right. Need less to say I had to reorder at the correct location which was only $20 for the same 3 sandwiches btw. So that brings my grand total up to $73 for 3 subway sandwiches for a simple mistake because I was traveling. That's actually insane. Obviously if I was local I would have just went the 30 minutes back down 155 to get them. Apparently that wasn't understood either. I have contacted corporate for this franchise PRICE GOUGING AS WELL AS THE GOVERNOR BECAUSE IT'S ILLEGAL TO CHARGE DOUBLE FOR GOODS AND SERVICES IN TEXAS as well as the local councilman for that district. And of course my bank. Wouldn't it have been easier to just process the refund? Off to FB I go!

  The food always turns out great but last time me and my boyfriend went the lunch staff was really rude. Night shift always does great!
