I parked and went inside to get it. Manager apologized and gave me double what I ordered. The experience was great and just as good as all the other times we have gone to this location.

I've been working in the quick service restaurant industry for over 10 years, mistakes happen, but what makes the difference between a good restaurant and a bad one is how they deal with the mistakes, this Taco Bell is definitely a good one!
