  Customer service suck order food for my company in advance was supposed to be ready when I got there took an extra 30 minutes talked to the store manager Deleon very disrespectful. District manager Vanessa if you can please reach out thank you but the service here is terrible. If you cant keep with the order then explain that to customers not get a attitude. This set my crew and warehouse back 30 mins from there lunch. Thank you pizza hut for being late on my order and getting an attitude when I ask questions on why my order is not ready. Seem like this place has a bad reputation on getting order out in a timely manner, might need to think about getting new management. Attitude atmosphere and customer service here sucks.now i see why this place has a bad reviews.

  I see why this place has bad reviews! When is corporate going to step in and do something?! I placed an order for pick up and when I got there they tell me they messed up and to pull around and wait 30 minutes. No apologies nothing. I what was wrong and the girl said they didn’t make my order! I asked if they could do a partial refund. The manager said a $5 credit for my next order. I said no and I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager, Jennifer, then came around and got EXTREMELY aggressive and yelling asking why I wanted a refund. A very hateful woman who should be in customer service at all with that attitude. Will not be back.
