And I’m sitting in my car by the window and I’m looking up every once in a while watching them to see if they’re going to bring it out for me. They are all on their phones not doing anything so I walked in to ask them if it’s ready yet and it had been ready in the preheat oven for a while and never came outside to hand it to me. And then I checked my food and I asked for the veggies and it barely had any veggies. Don’t come to this location. They have terrible customer service.

Upon arrival, I was told by the counter staff that my order would be ready in 5 minutes and to pull around front, where it would be brought out. I waited in my car for 30 minutes with no update. Had I not already paid, I would have left like the three other cars that gave up waiting. When I returned to inquire, I expressed my frustration and suggested that a manager should have communicated the delay and offered some form of concession. The staff member responded defensively, saying not to be upset with her. I clarified that my concern was with management, not her. I was told the manager was in the restroom, but no one ever came out to address the situation. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve service moving forward.
