  Was forced to wait in the drive through line for over 30 minutes because they closed the lobby down for inside pick up, all to receive cold pizza and told us that part of our order couldn’t be made because they were busy.

  I see why this place has bad reviews! When is corporate going to step in and do something?! I placed an order for pick up and when I got there they tell me they messed up and to pull around and wait 30 minutes. No apologies nothing. I what was wrong and the girl said they didn’t make my order! I asked if they could do a partial refund. The manager said a $5 credit for my next order. I said no and I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager, Jennifer, then came around and got EXTREMELY aggressive and yelling asking why I wanted a refund. A very hateful woman who should be in customer service at all with that attitude. Will not be back.

  Hice un pedido para el día siguiente de 15 pizzas para entregar el día de mañana 11 de febrero de 2026 y para sorpresa mía llegaron hoy para la entrega , llamé a la pizzería (4) veces para decirles la equivocación y siempre me colgaban , no entiendo cuál fue el error por parte de ellos y porque no contestan para resolver el problema …..por favor nunca hagan pedidos a esta pizzería ya que parece que hay no trabajan personas idóneas en el cargo . Corporación póngase pilas que por malos empleados y administrador se acaban las Empresas

  I was missing something from my order and was told I would be transferred to someone and they completely hung up in my face I tried calling back and they continued to hang up the phone I definitely do not recommend there staff they are very unprofessional!!!!!
