  VERY DIRTY, compared to the one 8 min away!!! The walk in with dirty! The kids playground was dirty! The lobby was dirty! These youth is lost!!!

  I used the online McDonald's application to do an order today. I ordered my food from the Fresh by Brookshires parking lot right behind this location at 1:42 PM. I drove to the parking lot and used the app to let them know I was in parking lost stall number 5. I waited 15 minutes and my food never came. I go inside and ask for a manager. The lady who I was speaking to communicated I am the manager. I showed her my email receipt. She goes and grabs the car side employee and ask him what's up. They go back and forth and decide they never got the order. She sends the car side employee to me, he gets the order and says he will get to work on this. Most restaurants have a policy like LAST. Listen, apologies, solve the problem and thank the person for the opportunity to help them. This manager was straight this is not my problem it's the app's problem. I very directly communicated I am standing in front of you and my belief is at this moment it is your problem not mine. Resolve this. She continues to argue with me. I just stopped talking. 10 minutes later she presents my food. With a her you go. Nothing else. I communicated that's it? No apologies, no compensation for waiting for 30 minutes for at at maximum a 5 minute order? She then goes into a I'm sorry, so sorry in a condescending voice, I start walking away and then I get a hurry back and see us. This fake crap should never be tolerated. I visit this location every Sunday. I will never be back. When I get to the car the fries are cold as the manager out the refrigerated apple juice right next to the fries. The cheeseburger is smashed and the ketchup is all over the wrapper. I left you nasty food on your parking lot and went to the McDonald's in Royse City placed my order and drive off the lot in less than 4 minutes.

  Negative reviews don’t surprise me here. Clearly this is a franchise owned by someone that doesn’t care about quality and is willing to hire anyone that can give labor. Hence, why the service is terrible. You see employees in groups of three sneaking off into the restroom. (I’m wondering how we use company time there). You don’t see gloves when handling food. (Health hazard for cross contamination) Teenage employees are goofing around, taking their sweet time. And all the replies for negative comments, are copy and pasted. The owner really couldn’t care less. If I audited this place, it would be out of business in a heartbeat.

  This place is the worst ever! They can NEVER GET AN ORDER RIGHT! Asked for extra Big Mac sauce and they put none, but still charge you the extra .15 cents! I am done with this place my kids can eat somewhere else. Seriously how hard is to make sure an order is correct!!!
