Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Out of the four meals, three had something wrong or missing. The night manager tonight was talking about how he is leaving. It shows in the production. Either the person making the meals doesn’t care about reading the ticket, as well as the manager not caring about what goes out. But it’s drastically changed from the first two weeks of opening. Cussing between employees and management, having a good time. But do not care about the product. Sad
Asked for no onions, still got onions.
Asked for cheese on kids burger, no cheese
Asked for regular yellow mustard as dipping sauce, they said they didn’t have mustard. Which I had to ask what mustard they put on burgers. Then the light bulb came on. But still wasn’t with my order. Get rid of the management staff, the person making the food.

Stand at the front counter for over 5 minutes, while employees acknowledge me at the front but won't come to the register to take my order. I was the only customer in the store/drive thru.

Manager was the rudest of all the staff. She has an attitude as if she was the one waiting for 5+ minutes as her staff kept disregarding the line of people. They also failed to read the notes and sauces for the meal as well. And of course when I brought that up, I was met with yet another attitude as she slammed the condiments on the counter. It’s not my fault she’s having a bad day but basic reading skills shouldn’t be much to ask for.

The line was very long during breakfast time and went inside to order. I am glad something told me to go inside. Emily was amazing person she is very polite and made me smile the whole time. If you're looking for great customers service look for Emily. Compare to all the locations I visit she makes then look like shame. Whataburger better keep Emily or they will be losing a customer i am only coming back for her customer service.

I’m giving 3’s across the board, and that’s only because of the manager/s that helped me out.
I came in around 8:30pm last night, and the young lady working the front, while very polite and courteous, was over the top hyper and seemed to have trouble focusing on anything outside of dealing with customers face to face.
I waited for my food, and when I finally got it, there was a complete break down after that. I didn’t get a chance to ask for ketchup because the young lady disappeared multiple times, not just while I was waiting but right after she handed me my food.
I also witnessed the same young lady get reprimanded because she was doing multiple things she shouldn’t have been, only to watch her ignore the words of her superiors and go right back to what she was reprimanded for.
I want to thank, Chris, Jasmine and Jlow for trying their best to assuage my irritation over last nights transgressions.
Emily, however, really needs to focus, customer interactions are not the only part of being a cashier. I certainly know, having worked in the service industry my entire life.
Hopefully next time I visit this location, she’s not working the front.
