The problem is she got an attitude with US while asking us to repeat the order. She was rude when we asked her to repeat herself because she was slurring. I don’t know if she was drunk to something but come on. I’m sorry you have a good job and are paid well but that requires customer service. Don’t take it out on the customer. Order was still wrong, by the way. Obviously.

They gave me my fries and soda and tried to send me off. When I asked for the ice cream, they then said oh yeah we don’t have ice cream…This location is always lacking something, has terrible customer service and the food is rarely fresh.

Didn’t even ask me for a receipt she rather say in my face I was lying all I had was water (second order) when I had placed a mobile order and had my receipt that she didn’t even bother to ask for. Manager could not control her at all she kept running her mouth kept slamming the window and talking shit in Spanish like if we couldn’t understand her. Corporate or the owner you all need to do better! Way too early in the morning to be dealing with disrespect.
