  Wasnt sure about going with some of these reviews but we went to see if these were isolated or like those 1 star reviews of HEB before they even opened 😆 .Tried the "limited time" Carne Asada bowl and it had great flavor. Staff was efficient but can't say friendly but that's fine. Biggest issue was price but that's everywhere. Staff was cleaning in the kitchen between customers and saw taking temperatures on the line. But no one cleaned the tables off so just need a manager to make sure everything is being addressed. Will go back but will skip some of the costly extras like the queso.

  Went last night with my wife and had a very disappointing experience. The employee taking our order—who turned out to be the manager—looked extremely young (around 18–19) and seemed to have little to no experience. My order was made incorrectly multiple times. First, I was given queso when I never asked for it. When it was remade, the bowl was still wrong—missing basic items like beans. By the time I noticed additional issues and asked for a refund, the manager gave me a very poor attitude and blamed me, saying I should have complained before eating. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism and accountability, especially from someone running the store. For nearly $25 per bowl, the portions were minimal, and as usual, you have to ask repeatedly just to get a reasonable serving. Nearly all of the tables were dirty, and despite there being no line or rush, there were about 3 employees just standing around doing nothing. No one made any effort to clean the dining area or be proactive. It gave the impression of poor leadership, lack of accountability, and complete disengagement from basic customer service. Chipotle has gone downhill over the years, and this location sadly follows that trend. We were excited to have one in our hometown, but this experience made it clear that the quality and customer service issues are widespread. We won’t be returning.

  Unlike all the locations in Rockwall, this one is getting mobile orders correct! Fingers crossed complacency doesn’t set in after it’s been here a while.

  Was super excited about Chipotle opening in Fate but after being there twice I am really disappointed. For the first visit I thought it was just new employee but my second trip was exacly the same. The meat portions are poor, I am paying $2 for guac and you guys put about a quarter of spoon on there? Am i supposed to tell you guys to put more? You can clearly tell that they are being frugal with portioning as he did the same thing on both bowls. It's crazy how little food you are getting for $15 bowl. Huge chipotle fan and now I will drive 20 min out of the way to go back to Royse City location. Do better guys!
