Staff are rude and hate life and hate you for daring to show up. Man. Even the food was mid for Chipotle standards. Overpriced and not worth it IMO.
- ALAnthony LFeb 24, 20261.0This chipotle is terrible. Twice I have ordered a simple kids cheese quesadilla for my son and they somehow manage to mess that up, on both occasions. The second time they just gave us two tortillas with nothing on them at all. Go to the location in Royse city or Rockwall because this one is trash.
- NMNick MenoFeb 2, 20261.0As a big fan of Chipotle, I was excited to try this newer location, but unfortunately, my experiences have been quite disappointing. The portion sizes were minimal, which left me feeling unsatisfied and like I was a part of a prank video. The rice was undercooked to the point where each spoonful sounded more like I was crunching on chips rather than enjoying a bowl with rice in it. To make matters worse, the chicken was served at room temperature, at best. I also found it odd that they were out of simple ingredients like cheese, which is a staple at any Chipotle. I initially thought my experiences were just a fluke, but after several visits, it seems this level of quality has become the standard at this location. I hope the management can address these issues, as I would love to continue enjoying Chipotle as I have in the past.
- BMBalaji MohandasJan 22, 20263.0I really appreciate staff, who were all well prepared to take care of the customers. Store is new, tables clean. All that matters end of the day in a restaurant, is the taste of the food. I felt rice should have been cooked well, veggies and wraps could have been fresher. Ingredients and a good chef can bring more life to the food and get more business.
