I ended up getting a refund and leaving without food. This will be the last time I visit this location!! They made a mistake and I dealt with the fallout!! I'll make sure to only deal with places that understand and know how to take responsibility and do the right thing by the customer!!!

After ordering at the drive thru I pulled up to the first window and nobody was there. When I pulled up to the second window the lady at the window had an attitude that I wanted to use Apple Pay . I explained to her nobody was at the first window and she still had an attitude, then the manager came to the window with an attitude as well and was dismissing me. When I finally got my food the fries were overcooked and cold , the filet o fish was thrown together . This was such a bad experience

Thd breakfast hashbrowns have a 30% chance of just outright tasting sad with no crunch. Thd mcgriddle you have a 10% chance of somehow having the driest thing in existence its so odd... Burgers and nuggets are ok though
