I went here a few weeks ago and I kept having to tell the guy at the drive thru he was forgetting half of my order. Then I just ordered using the mobile app and my boyfriend picked up the food. I asked for no ketchup and they put a big glob of it and a little tiny dot of mustard. I asked for no onions on my 7 year old's burger and it was covered in them. And there was a hair embedded in the mayo of my daughter's burger and we had to drive back up there. Then they tried to act like we didnt just get the food from their location and all the workers were standing around staring at the burger with the hair in it. They remade the burger but forgot to put mayo on it. Looks like nothing but a bunch of young kids working there. Any restaurant that just has a bunch of high schoolers is always a place to avoid. We will be driving farther to go to the beltline location from here on out.
