    This has got to be the absolute worst food and worst staff Ive ever seen.. The steak , chicken was dry and tough. They said it was fresh and we couldn't get our money back. I have never written a review on any restaurant. The Chipotle on valley view and 35 charged us $80 for food that wasn't food. It was un eatable. I wouldn't serve it to my dogs. This place needs to be closed. It's an embarrassment to the neighborhood forsure. FORSURE !!! DONT EAT HERE. !!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!! THANK YOU CHIPOTLE FOR SHOWING JUST HOW LITTLE YOU CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE AND HOW LITTLE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE WAY THE RESTAURANT IS RAN OR THE RUDE EMPLOYEES YOU HIRE. WE WONT BE BACK. ILL BE GLAD WHEN YOU GO OUT OF BUISNESS AND A " REAL" RESTAURANT CAN TAKE YOUR PLACE. THIS END OF FARMERS BRANCH WANTS ANOTHER PLACE TO EAT, BUT NOT THERE. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.     Customer service is horrible, barely scraping leftover sofritos form the tin. When asked for more because the scoop was half way shaken off, the manager proceeded to charge for a double scoop and argued about it.

    Very disappointed with this location. We arrived at 9:30 pm and they close at 10:00 pm, yet they were already out of most items. The staff had a very rude attitude and made us feel unwelcome instead of trying to help. If you’re closing early, update your hours. Poor service and bad experience overall.

    I honestly love Chipotle, but the staff at this location is not good at all. The place was dirty even though it was a slow day. When they served the food, it was done very poorly and they barely added any vegetables. I understand the meat portions because I worked at Chipotle myself, and my dad also worked for Chipotle for 7 years, so I know how things are supposed to be done. This location was truly a disappointment.
