  Chipotle is my go-to spot when I want something quick, filling, and still fresh. The ingredients always taste high quality, and I like being able to customize everything exactly how I want it. The chicken is seasoned well, the steak is tender, and the rice and beans are always cooked just right. The portions are generous, especially for the price, and the food is made right in front of you so you know it’s fresh. The staff usually keeps the line moving efficiently while still being friendly. Whether it’s a burrito bowl or tacos, Chipotle consistently delivers bold flavor and a satisfying meal.

  Went to enjoy the usual and to receive below average service and food sucks. I told the thin young guy serving that i would wait for fresh Barbacoa, and fresh vegetables because it was at the bottom of both these. I got 2 bowls usually with everything and as people came in behind me the Hispanic chic decided to grab my bowl and get the items that I was patiently waiting for and saw that the guy was filling up the other Hispanics bowls behind me with full spoons of everything of the very stuff I requested and patiently waited for and giving them to other people and myself not even a spoon full made me feel some type of way after watching him display this treatment and not communicating to the Hispanic chic with the tattoo working with him that she's waiting for fresh meat and veggies, this girl thought it was ok to pick up my bowl only and go to her drive through section and get the nasty oily bottom of the barrel meat and disgusting wilted sad veggies and put them in the bowl. Mind you this particular bowl was for my senior mom who can't eat certain things and for obvious reasons fresh vegetables,and meat you can tell when its fresh which taste better ,and looks better or at least not the grease your staff decided to serve to me as a paying guests and watching these 2 people act completely different with your food verses the next patron which maybe was because I wasn't Hispanic watching them act like night and day. WHO does that? Im absolutely sure they wouldn't serve that to your own mother let alone a paying patron same amount wants the same service and treatment for the food the very next person receives. The chic didn't help after serving my bowl when there was a obvious line and felt as if I was being singled out because I watched them both. IT WAS OBVIOUS that I was watching them do this and wanted to let it be known.You both are a disgrace to service and treatment and this place will no longer have my business again. Sad what was enjoyed before these people and service dont deserve me returning and changed my mind completely about EVER going back in the future. YOU two PEOPLE who worked in the front today on a Wednesday afternoon at around 3:30pm. NEXT TIME SERVE THAT TO YOURSELVES AND YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR DOGS. IM SURE THEY WILL ENJOY IT BETTER. When you know your getting lower than standard service and food and watching them be selective with who and what they are serving doesn't deserve repeat business. They are thousands of competitors with better pricing,service,hospitality,knowledge, food even for the younger service industry people to know better to do better being more discrete with their selective portions to people that have the same spending money and watching them do this was more repulsive then the food itself. Unfortunately they don't know how to do their jobs sufficiently or with hospitality which will be sought elsewhere. No regrets GOODBYE. Because usually you can win business back with just people with outstanding customer service and not just a bad order but their hospitality and personalities killed it showing discretion on who ,what, and decided on their own who they were going to be polite or accommodating to. SHOULD BE SAME FOR EVERYONE SINCE ITS THE SAME MONEY SPENT THE NEXT PERSON HAS. NOT EVEN WORTH TO GIVE PESOS TO LET ALONE A PAYCHECK. SORRY NOT SORRY.

  This place is still open HOW? Visited today 7pm. First of all kids tacos- you get a protein and two sides. Nothing else. That can be rice and beans OR lettuce, cheese, salsa, etc. They can’t even have salsa without it being extra charge. No lettuce no nothing. When did lettuce become a side item? But don’t worry, they don't have any salsa anyway- at 7pm prime dinner time. I just left there for the second time- had to take back the bag of chips they gave me that were literally broken pieces from the bottom of a bag; the new bag of chips were stale. The pinto beans resemble refried beans they are so old. The only protein choice was chicken, every other meat was gone or looked like it was from last week. They also had no medium salsa. The lids for the cups were few, and those that were there were broken. The place was not clean. Just everything about this place is BAD. This place can’t be a corp owned store???? Only reason I went here is because there are limited options near my daughter’s volleyball and I was starving. Will plan better going forward!

  I should have read the reviews before coming to this location. Whomever owns this place need a complete overhaul. The food was so bland I couldn't even finish my food. Staff wasn't rude or anything but poor kids/teens looked so miserable.

  Worst chipotle ever. Just walked in at 9:35pm and the staff just stared at me like they were the most depressed pissed off staff I’ve ever seen. Stood there for 5 mins and they just pretended to slowly out on gloves and ignore me. Not one word was said. Then tried calling as soon as I left, and all the phone said was “closing store”. I was in restaurant operations for 20 years. Every single one of the staff members wouldn’t make it 2 mins working for me. And I use the word working loosel. Absolutely HORRIBLE. GO ELSEWHERE
