  Very very SLOW and BAD service. We did drive through on our way home from Premont back to Riviera. We entered the drive through at 9:35 pm and didn't leave the drive through until 10:14 pm. The night shift staff seemed very shuffled/ confused about what they were doing. Took long to get us our order and when we got it it was wrong and missing the sauces we requested. They took my burger to fix it and then had to come back again to ask how we wanted it because apparently they forgot on their walk back to the kitchen from pick up window 2. When they brought us our sauces, they still didn't bring out the correct sauces and they gave us 4 ketchup packets for a family of 6 that just ordered. Come one now. Staff needs more attention to detail and actually care about customer service. Not sure if their machiato machine was actually not working but they told me in wasn't when I tried to order a caramel machiato last night. This is advertised as a 24 hr McDonalds, right next to the highway so I would assume they would be on top of their coffee products and make sure their machine is working.

  Long wait. Order was incorrect. They seemed very disgruntled that I asked for a refund due to their not having the food I ordered. No straws no napkins again very disgruntled at the polite request for what is needed. Don’t waste your time. I was in a hurry and this cost me being on time somewhere important. Burger was gross and he never returned with napkins. Threw my stuff at me and walked off. Do better.

  Waited 20 minutes for our food. Other customers got off from their vehicles to get down and request for their food. They also were waiting 15-20 minutes for their food. The place was dirty by the refreshments. I feel this place needs more workers to assist for the rush hours.
