Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. Eventually the manager asked how things were going I said they could be better and didn’t ask any follow up questions. The manager at least grabbed the waiter which started the 30 minute process of getting to go boxes and the check.

Loved the food, service and atmosphere. I had Quail, wife carne asada . The chips, bean dip, guacamole, and cheese were great to start with. Mango margaritas were on point. Love the patio.
