  Had a issue with the app sending my order to a location out of state. The team members wear very confused but understanding of the issue. The manager set a knowledgeable employee to look at the issue. They corrected the problems and understood the frustration on my end. Very respectful and honest crew on the night shift.

  Didn’t give us three of the items in our order. Two of the items we caught and asked for.. and the third we left without and had to go back for. Manager told me our order was messed up because “she was probably on a break” when we ordered.. because the employees can’t fulfill orders without her? We’re here visiting family and they warned us this McDonald’s sucks. We laughed it off, but see now that they’re right.

  Horrible experience, tried to bring in Easter candy for a party in the kids room and cupcakes and was denied services and asked to remove the items because it was outside food… this level of unprofessionalism is unmatched.

  Stopped here to get lunch. Ordered the quarter pounder, fries and shamrock shake. For a burger not to be made until you order it... They failed. The burger was NOT even hot enough to melt the cheese. The fries were ok. The shamrock shake was not mixed well either. Feel like my time and money were waisted. I should of went across the street to Sonic.
