Table and chairs were dirty, they swapped us for some chairs that weren't covered in food. All of food was seasoned like Indian food, which, I guess if you like that is okay, but we wanted Mexican food, and this is supposed to be a Mexican restaurant. The wife liked her food, but I did not. The waitress was not attentive at all. We ordered drinks, I asked what kind of bourbons they had, and the waitress looked at me like I was from outer space. So after explaining that bourbon was a type of whiskey she said she'd ask the bartender. 10 minutes later she came back with a piece of paper that had Jack Daniel's, Jameson, and some kind of rum I can't remember written on it. So I had to get up and go to the bar to see what all they actually had, the bartender was busy, and I didn't want to open a separate tab, so I went back to the table and ordered my choice whiskey "neat" from the waitress, who again looked at me like I was from outer space, and had me repeat it several times. 15 minutes later she brings me a glass that is completely full of ice and water with MAYBE 1-finger of whiskey in it. When she brought it to the table I told her that I had ordered it "neat", and she again looked super confused, so I had to explain to her that "neat" means "no ice". So she takes it back, and comes back to let me know they are now apparently out of whiskey. Look, I understand that since she isn't a bartender she may not know everything to know about drinks, but aside from that literally being the easiest drink, just whiskey in a glass, if you don't know, or don't understand what the customer is asking for, just ask. My wife and her friend ordered girlie drinks and food, and they liked it, and everything came out alright, but they also love Indian food.
