  Terrible food and service. We waited a very long time in the drive through only to receive an incorrect order which was supposed to have extra chicken. Instead, it barely had any chicken at all. When I asked for the order to be corrected, Ralph the manager thought it was professional to shoo at me with his hand in the process.

  Not normally in the habit of leaving fast food restaurant reviews, but tonight I’m highly compelled. Maybe it’s just the late night crew but my husband and I went to this location tonight around 10:30 pm and they simply don’t care or just don’t pay attention. We ordered nacho fries in two sizes, before leaving I noticed they forgot one. I went in and grabbed the missing item, annoying, sure, but no big deal. Once we got home (yes, we should’ve checked after realizing they messed up once) we realized the fries they gave us were old (literally cooler than room temp and hard), my husband asked for 3 soft tacos and got hard. Missing a whole chalupa. Waste of a late night trip. That’s it, that’s the review. Check your order, because they sure aren’t.
