  This has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s in the system. They are constantly behind. I did a mobile order and waited for 25 minutes in the curbside pick up only to find out that the only option was to go through the drive-through to get my order. At this point, the drive-thru line was over 20 cars long.. in addition, they locked the dining room so no patrons could come in to continue to order because they were so far behind. This is something that continues to happen, whether it be service related or related to the lack of urgency when serving food. Do not go to this location if you are in a time crunch or if you want any type of pleasant customer service.

  INCOMPETENT FROM START TO FINISH Lobby closed early so employees could "take it easy." No warning. Guy on speaker: "Stay in line." Lady at window: "Come to the lobby." Which is it? Lobby was already locked. Wasted 10 minutes going back and forth while they argued over the headset. Unprofessional, inconsistent, and lazy. Closing early for employee convenience while drivers and customers get punished? Absolutely unacceptable. Train your staff or keep the lobby open as posted. This is a joke.

  Este es el McDonald's cerca de mi casa y en las noches atiende una persona nativa de México que se niega a hablar el español y desprecia a las personas que hablan español siendo ella de origen nativo mexicano con su idioma en español y otras veces me ha atendido en español y en el día de hoy se nego a hablar en español , personas como esta no deberían de trabajar en estos lugares , yo terminé haciendo mi orden en inglés con otra persona y ella se nego y deja ver que al elegir a una persona para atender el público es lo mas importante de una Marca o un negocio , considero que personas como esta no deberían atender al público, espero que tomen medidas con esto en el código postal 76039 y aqui dejare mi orden .

  went there for the super mario toys today they gave me the old croc toy that was suppose to be over yesterday, the Mario happy meal was displayed on the drive thru screen, they also gave us a Sonic 3 toy in the happy meal. so disappointed. the one on harwood in bedford does have them.

  Ridiculous this is suppose to be a fast food restaurant and I’ve been waiting 15 min for my food I only ordered 2 happy meals like come on get it together it’s always like this at this location
