  I went inside to dine-in, there was nobody inside eating or waiting to order. I waited 7 min. And not a word or anything that would tell me why they would not give any service. The staff completely ignored my wife and I.!!! Extremely very disappointed and descriminated!!!! This happened on 01/10/2026 @ 5:50 pm. I do not recommend this restaurant.

  Wish I could give negative stars. Pulled up to to the drive thru window and was told it would be 10 minutes before they could take an order. I said ok and waited patiently until 15 minutes passed. I then asked if I should place an order on the website. I was told I could but it would still be a wait as they had other orders. I asked about how long and he said 20 minutes. I’m not sure if this was due to the online orders or what but I watched he’d atleast 5 cars drive away at the least due the long wait. There was no one in line in the store but this was horrible service. It’s safe to say I will NEVER order at this Taco Bell location again. I use to work cashier and fast food restaurants and drive thru customers were always a priority. Waiting over 30 minutes is ridiculous. There was no empathy and no concern at all. This location needs to do better.

  Came in to order the new steak nacho fries and SPECIFICALLY asked for my fries to be cooked fresh. Received my order for my fries to be COLD. Went inside to ask for them to be made fresh, just for a large ill built rude worker come and tell me “they are fresh we opened at 10”… it was 10:30.. I don’t call that fresh.. been going here for years but this may be my last straw!

  The employee taking orders was unbelievable rude through the drive thru microphone. Short, annoyed, and early acting like we were an inconvenience for simply ordering food. When we pulled up to the window, it somehow got worse. She practically threw our food and sauces at us, rushed us without reason, and slammed the window shut before we could ask for any napkins or check our order. No explanation, no apologie and no basic respect. Fast food is already rushed but that doesnt excuse treating customers like garbage. If someone hates their job this much, they should not be working with the public. This wasnt just "having a bad day", it was straight up unprofessional and unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this, because behavior like this guarantees lost customers. I will not be returning to this location I will just go to the one on harwood road. At least they train their employees there better.

  It is a place where, despite there being no people to eat there, the workers are chatting and not paying attention to serving customers. In addition to not wanting to receive payment in person, you have to do it through the screen, which is a shame because you are losing personal attention
