  Not giving water to customers that are buying food is poor service. When asking for water they now say they don’t have water cups. I’m sorry, but not everyone wants a soda, they want a simple water. This is commonplace and shouldn’t be something the owners on this establishment refuse for guests who buy food from you.

  so the girl working the window doesn't mind taking my money but she does mind just handing one cup to me so she hands my cup to the kid that just came in from throwing trash and didn't wash his hands to hand my one cup to me. Be careful we wouldn't want her going out of her way. I'm appalled at the degree of disregard for infection control / food safety. You are doing an excellent job of spreading disease and illness. * be advised the phone number listed by the so called "owner" is a fraudulent number. The phone number is NOT affiliated with any Sonic. It's a scam to sign up for a service.

  Husband ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito with cheese, bacon, sausage, tater tots, and no eggs. It had 1 strip of bacon, 1 sausage patty cut in 4's, a little bit of cheese and no tots. I ordered the super sonic burrito no meat and they only put 4 tots on it. We went back and the cook (who brought our order to us the first time) came to the window, made a replacement burrito and only added 3 tots. His "Idgaf" attitude (both times) was very obvious and the quality of the food was not great. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
