  Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. The staff genuinely seemed happy to be there. Their suggestions were fantastic, and they even gave us secret menu items to try.

  This is probably the worst dutch bros I have ever been to. If you want Dutch bros go to the other Euless location. They are way better in every way. I’ve never seen rude dutch employees until I went to this location. Whenever you ask a question be prepared to get a very condescending answer if you even get an answer. This location is also very dirty. I had found a nat in my drink once. My orders here are almost always made wrong and they don’t do anything to try and fix their mistakes and its not even just them making the drinks wrong It takes forever to get your order, which normally I don’t mind because I understand they get very busy but if it’s going to take that long to make my drink at least make it right. I normally love dutch bros and still do just not this location.

  Used to be a regular spot for me since they had opened up years ago but now it takes over 20 minutes every time waiting for coffee even if you order ahead and half the time the drinks aren't made correctly. The broistas don't seem to care anymore and their customer service is horrible. There is still a couple good people at this location that have worked there for awhile and the random times I see them working is a gem, but unfortunately because the majority of employees, the outrageous wait times, and getting wrong coffees or inconsistent quality being so frequent, I won't be coming back anymore.

  The HEB Dutch is the WORST in Tarrant County and my least favorite to visit. My mobile order was to be ready at 1032am on 2/1/2026 I arrived at 1037am I did not receive my drinks, until 1056 am the Barista explained the dont recieve the mobile orders until 5 mins before its supposed to be ready which should have been recieved at 1028am. 2 people who arrived 5 mins after me recieved their drinks before me. When I asked for a refund she told me I had to call the corporate number to receive a refund. On countless occasions I have placed mobile orders before I leave my house on the East Side of Fort Worth, which takes me over 15 mins to arrive to this location. Everytime I arrive my mobile order is NOT ready and I have to wait an additional 10mins or longer from the time my order is to be ready. Why do I keep coming back? Well because I love Dutch coffee and keep wanting to give this specific location a chance to redeem itself but it always leads to disappointment. On another occasion I ordered 3 kids hot chocolates that were so hot to even hold for an adult. When the barista tried to put them in the drink carrier the hot chocolate of one cup shot out a significant amount and they still tried to hand me that cup. I had to ask for the drink to be remade since there was significant amount of drink missing. It wasnt u til I asked that they were even going to give me the amount that I am paying for. There is no solution only excuses given everytime. If mobile orders are ALWAYS behind why is mobile ordering even available? Can mobile ordering be turned off , so your customers who love your products will keep returning and not be sooo frustrated because you are not able to keep up with this volume of the orders?
