- KBKatherine B1 day ago1.0Came to this Dutch bros today for a golden eagle chai I had asked for oat milk and received regular whole milk but it was fine had some bad bowel movement after. What made my experience bad was the employee with blue hair who had mocked me for saying thank you in a really high pitched voice to her coworker this was very disrespectful and unnecessary and this employee should be held accountable for this behavior in customer service in the most respectful way.

I enjoy the experience at Dutch brothers every time. I usually get a 9-1-1 or a cold brew. The coffee itself is great, but what makes it greater is the staff. A few days ago, I noticed my drink was taking a little longer than usual, a very kind staff member informed me that they had a trainee and explained the situation. The staff member strikes kind conversation with me and even offered pup cups for my puppies. Ever since then i return to this location very frequently, one of the reasons being the super kind staff! They always treat us with kindness and respect, making it a great part of our day. This goes to show how far good customer service can go. Shout out to Ady being the staff member who makes my experience amazing!

Don’t tell me my order is “almost” ready if I’m gonna have to wait 20 minutes while every car in the drive thru is able to get in and out quickly. AND I waited all that time for one of the drinks to be wrong, it was supposed to be a candy cane mocha and there was no candy cane topping or peppermint flavoring. Don’t offer order ahead if it’s not going to be ready. I tried going to the feedback page so that I didn’t have to come on here but that wasn’t working so here I am

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
