  I had such a great experience thanks to Bri, Addie, and Eileen! From the moment I pulled up, they were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that kind of positive energy really makes a difference. Bri was super upbeat and made the whole interaction fun, Addie was quick and attentive while getting the order ready, and Eileen made sure everything was perfect before handing it out. The service was fast, the drinks were amazing, and the customer service honestly stood out more than anything. It’s not every day you come across a team that’s this kind, professional, and full of good vibes. They definitely made my day better and are a big reason I’ll keep coming back. Huge shoutout to Bri, Addie, and Eileen for the awesome service

  Customer service at this location keeps getting worse. The employees they’ve hired clearly don’t seem to care about providing decent service. I arrived about 15 minutes before the 11pm closing time just to order a simple lemonade. The lights were on and they were clearly still open. Two female employees working the closing shift saw me pull up to the window, then immediately turned off the lights and tried to hide as if they were closed to avoid serving me. After waiting a couple minutes, they turned the lights back on and told me “sorry, we’re closed”, even though it was still about 10 minutes before closing. To be clear, I don’t even have an issue if they didn’t want to serve drinks that close to closing time. The problem was the way they handled it. If they had simply come to the window and explained they were closing or only taking quick orders, that would have been understandable. Tonights behavior was very disappointing and was the cherry on top at this location, especially after experiencing poor attitude & lack of customer service from the employees previously.

  I come here pretty often, and the reason I keep coming back is honestly the people. Bri, Addie, Abby, and Alison are usually the closers, and they make the place feel really welcoming, even late in the day. They’re also insanely fast. Even when there’s a line, drinks come out super quick and they somehow keep everything moving without making it feel quick! Abby is really kind and welcoming. You can tell the closers actually care about what they’re doing. As a regular, it’s nice seeing the same friendly faces who work hard, keep the place clean, and still manage to keep a great vibe even at the end of the night.

  I loveeee this Dutch bros!! They have amazing customer service and everyone here is super kind and accommodating to what you want or need. I’ve talked to the manager and she is even very sweet! The drinks here also always amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience or drink made wrong even when they are busy. They genuinely are super helpful here and I recommend this Dutch bros to everyone.

  10/10 it’s always clean staff is very friendly Kayla Landon Eilleen have all learned my order I don’t even need to say anything when I come just pay. They care about their customers and giving quality service and building relationships with customers. I only come to this dutch bros due to the quality and friendliness and kindness of people that work here. It’s nice seeing the same sweet faces! 10/10 if you try any Dutch bros come here!!!
