  Food is good but tables are always dirty and sticky. When you order to go it’s hit or miss. Either a normal portion or the tiniest portion. Inconsistent smh. They have also been out of feta cheese for almost a month now. Southlake location is better.

  My wife calls this a Chipotle-style Mediterranean food because they make your bowl in front of you and are environmentally conscious with the paper bowls. We ordered a Kids Mini Pita, Chicken Shawarma, Steak & Harissa (slightly spicy), and Greek Salad. The Greek Salad came with grilled chicken. My family and I really enjoyed our food. Reasonable prices and friendly employees. We had some trouble finding clean tables and seats.

  I had an amazing experience at this Cava. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and they made sure everything was taken care of throughout my visit. The food was the highlight — everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. My dish came out hot, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. The portion sizes were perfect, and the pricing felt very fair for the quality you get. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a comfortable environment. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Cava — where the food is so good it almost makes you forget that you’re invisible to the staff! The flavors are fresh, vibrant, and totally worth the calories (and, let’s be honest, maybe worth the price of all those sneaky add-ons). Now, about the hospitality… let’s just say the warmth of the staff could use a little Cava-style dressing. I asked for no lid because I wanted to admire my beautiful bowl — the cashier must’ve heard “definitely put a lid on it,” because on it went. I guess they’re just really passionate about food safety… or ignoring customers. Still, delicious food saves the day. A 4-star experience, powered entirely by the taste — not the smiles.

  I really love the food at Cava. It's consistent at all locations. But, everything I come to this location something goes wrong. One time they forgot my dressings in a Togo order. The next time it was my pita chips missing. I'm coming back to the store for missed items. This time I thought I'd order in instead of on the app. I asked for 3 dressings. I can order 3 dressings on the app with no extra charge, but in store? Nope. No exception, no asking a manager if it's right. No customer service. Every time.
