  I have loved Cava since this location opened up. I've been there many times for lunch and dinner since. It seems you get better customer service and food consistency if you dine in. Twice already while picking up through their digital pickup window, the employee will open up the window and say "name?", no hello or anything else. Then will come back and just hand me the order without saying anything else. When I've said thank you, they've responded with a "mmm hmm" or nothing at all. Today I decided to call to let the manager know and she seemed just as annoyed and cut me off and said "I will talk to my team" and never apologized. I get home to open up the brown paper bag they used because they were out of regular bags and find no plasticware and no napkins. Also, their digital pickup window sensor wasn't working so they had a sign on the window saying to call the store to let them know I was there. After a few people clearly saw me, it still took a few minutes for them to actually come to the window. I understand things happen, but too many things going wrong at once just ruins the experience especially if paying about $16 for one meal. I'm honestly not sure I will be back to this location.

  Portion was extremely undersized why have the bowl so big when you’re only gonna fill up 1/4 of my bowl. The girl acted like my food comes out of her own pay check. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

  We arrived at 6:20pm today and planned to order bowls (build your own option). We were informed that there were only 3 protein options (spicy lamb meatball, falafel and some kind of vegetable mix). We ask what happen to all the other options and we were told that they ran out. The lamb meatballs and the falafel were both kind of burned on the outside and would not have been our choice. They were also out of Arugala. As I said...it was 6:20pm and they are open until 10:30?? Either they had a MASSIVE unexpected rush on a Sunday or this is a reflection of very bad planning and management. Do better Cava Euless!

  Staff is warm, food is delicious, but ALL the tables are literally caked with dirt and grime. It was sticky to the touch and seemed like it hadn't ever been cleaned. Trash was full. Please (deep) clean so I can keep coming back.

  This place has amazing food with the caveat that their online ordering sucks. I went to get lunch and I also wantes to pick up lunch for my girlfriend. She placed hers online and I did mine in person and grabbed her order at the end. We ordered very close to the same order. Mine weighed twice as much as hers. They forgot to include her dips and also forgot her pita bread and also forgot her sauce on the side. I grabbed her bag and forgot to check so her meal kind of sucked while mine was amazing. I shared but still, do better Cava. It's good food and the price is right. I have never had issues in person but don't place online orders or try to cater, if that's what you want the Salata down the street does a pretty good job and provides similar healthy food.
