    The Mediterranean Chipotle. $15-20 bowls of deliciousness. Great quality food. But…. Everything inside is sticky. Floor squeaks and sticks when you walk. Tables maybe have never been cleaned appropriately. I will prob be back bc the food is legit but maybe get the food to go

    The worst CAVA location! My friends & family have complained about this location, and I have always made excuses for it, but now I’ve had 3 bad experiences of my own. Tables are always sticky. They were arguing with the woman in front of me because she can’t order a kids meal for her kid that is not present. I ordered a bowl with no protein because I had to pay extra for lentils, and they don’t offer discount for no protein. It’s just ridiculous. Managers have been rude to me before when asking about ingredients. Do better, you’re losing customers.

    Food at Cava is always great! I was a little disappointed when we visited the location for a second time. On each visit they did not have lentils available. I have no complaints about the server who prepared by bowl. He was social and engaging however when we made it to the cashier I was irritated. My husband asked how does he redeem his rewards and she rudely stated in the app. So he pulled it up and their scanner wouldn’t read the barcode. Instead of picking it up and assisting us, she just stood there. This irritates me because it’s their property to utilize. She definitely made this experience bad for me. Customer service is everything and she lacked it and professionalism. ALS, they need to redo their seating and table area. The thin layer of plastic or coat is coming off. It makes the tables feel sticking and dirty.

    I’m honestly disgusted. I found a literal bug in my food after taking a few bites. Not a crumb or spice — an actual insect. Completely unacceptable and a huge health concern. If something like that can make it out of the kitchen and onto a customer’s plate, I can’t imagine what their cleanliness standards look like. This ruined my appetite and my entire experience. Did ask for bugs to be my protein

    This is my first time at cavas and it so happens to be the one at this location. The lady who helped me out is super patient, I tried or sampled some and it was great. Sam was an excellent server. There was no steak and they made steak and it was very quick super impressed with Maggie. Michelle welcomed me in and she has the sweetest voice. Shoutout to Riley for refilling the dressings. Complimentary to the chef.
