- SSsakeena1 day ago1.0Night workers are very unprofessional, they were cussing at the window and my order wasn’t even right. I ordered 3 meals and was missing 2 biscuits, called the store to find a solution (the lady over the phone had an attitude) and she said i’d get something for the inconvenience. My daughters drove to the store again and said the young woman working the window was not welcoming at all & I was only given biscuits. The morning shift is great at this location, but the night crew is definitely not.

Although the ones in NC and SC offer bone in chicken and mashed potatoes, the tenders offered here have the same delicious coating. We ordered the 16 piece family meal. It comes with 3 sides and plenty of biscuits. As well as a half gallon of tea or lemonade.Good price.

Why would you let someone order to be told your only accepting one form of payment. At some point someone should’ve said that before I placed my order. If they knew the system was down someone should’ve informed the customers when we pulled up.

I then went to the drive thru again and again noone answered, so I drove up to the window and saw people in the back and they came up to the drive thru window and told me something about the computer restarting and it will take 1 hour...

I always make it a point to say please and thank you, more so with fast food associates, I mean they are people too. At this location I say thank you, and the associate never respond or acknowledge. This time we ordered the sausage biscuit that is supposed to be 99 cents, I got charged normal price, I asked about the price and the associates for mad. The biscuit seemed to be older then the rest of the food as well. Maybe ill just try the Bedford location next time.
