When I first started coming I always had an amazing experience, staff had great energy and the food was always fresh and Piping hot. Now my family and I are constantly talking about how low the quality of their food and service has gone. I just went today and NICELY asked for hot food, and had 3 workers complain to me that the food they gave me was fresh, as I had my hand on my cold fries. Also, my biscuit was dry and hard. I don’t know if this place needs new management or a whole new staff, but I hope they fix this soon

We couldn't even discuss or relay our order between ourselves before AI started adding things, did not understand us, and didn't update the screen so the person in the driver's seat basically had to just order for us with no input or the AI would get things wrong. It was extremely stressful and just ridiculous. Never ever coming back. So disappointed. The human at the window was also impatient and rude. They were out of regular biscuits despite being dead inside and at the drive thru, no-doubt due to the horrendous AI situation.

After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to request a cancellation and refund. While waiting in line, I observed multiple customers—both inside and in the drive-thru—who placed their orders after mine receive biscuits without issue. There was no justification for my order not being prioritized, especially given that it consisted of one item only. When I reached the cashier and calmly requested a refund, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. I was told, “You’re just going to have to wait,” and the employee refused to process my refund. I had to involve a manager to resolve the issue. This is not an isolated incident. This location repeatedly fails to handle even simple orders properly. Multiple customers, including myself, were left parked and ignored while later orders were fulfilled first. The lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this location.
