It looks like the branch is under new ownership or management, and unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill. The new owner seems to have little understanding of customer service. He insisted that I take cones he accidentally broke while scooping the ice cream and even handled the cones and scoops with his bare hands, without gloves. That kind of hygiene and attitude are unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in a place I used to elove, and I won’t be returning.
