If I could give this place zero stars I would. Me and my friend went in wanting their signature blizzards and when the girl (with black and blue braids in her hair) handed it to us they were fully melted and spilling over the top. We went inside to have them remake it and the cook in the back was super nice and said he would get working on it (he even looked at the blizzards and said oh dang). He told the girl to remake it and she decided to come to the front and tell us that the ingredients in the blizzards make them melt. My friend simply said “isn’t the whole point to dump the blizzard upside down when you get it so you know it’s made correctly” and the girl responded with more excuses. We asked for a refund and she called her manager over (who wasn’t very pleasant either) they did in fact give us a refund but the experience in a whole was horrible and this place should be shut down.

The staff was friendly and went out of the way to make my kid's visit next level. My kid had so much fun he went back to say goodby to the staff.
The food was DQ level as usual
The resteraunt was very clean

Ordered through the drive through and it was like story time because the employee taking the order sounds half asleep and not paying attention to our order . The manager gets on out of no where and starts talking and saying " Yall need to speed up your order because there is cars behind you" , there was only 1 car behind us and our order was taking long because the employee was dragging her words and we kept having to repeat our order . We pulled up to the window and the employee taking our order is wearing a CHEETAH ROBE , unprofessional and rude all in one store . We had to wait over 20mins for our food and was rushed to pull up with attitude of a 10 year old from the employee wearing the robe and they will bring our food to us There's a sign that says FAN FIRST PROMISE and that was an epic fail on our visit .

Saturday night at this particular location, I ordered online thinking it would be ready by the time I got to the store. There was a line wrapped around the building when I arrived. I'm patient, so I waited. Ten minutes later, I finally got up to the speaker, told them I was there to pick up an order, and then waited another few minutes just to get to the second window. I was told it wasn't ready. Mind you, online it said it would be ready at 9:00 on the dot, and it was already 9:15.
Again, I thought, "No problem, I'll just pull forward, shouldn't be too much longer." I pulled to the yellow line and sat there until around 9:25, when they finally brought out my food. The chicken tenders were extremely overdone, and they had run out of gravy, which was disheartening, but I was fine with it. However, they forgot my drink. I sat there for another 5 minutes.
They also didn't include the Texas toast that's supposed to come with the meal—at least that's how it's been in the past. On the online order, I was charged to add it as an extra, which is fine, but it wasn't even in the box I had to pay for. I asked about it, and they said they'd be right back after I got my shake. And yet again, I was waiting, forgotten until someone came out to give the person behind me their food and asked what I was missing.
Now, it's just toast, sure, but I was charged for it on a meal that cost $20 already. By this point, I had waited almost 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready by the time I pulled up, and I was constantly forgotten about. Not great. They must be extremely understaffed, but on a Saturday night at 9 p.m.? For nearly on hour? It wasn't even a big order or complicated, just wanted what I wasted my money on. That's all.

Receipt time stamped 6:39pm. Received 4pc Steak Finger Basket 7:03pm. Gravy, both Toast slices, Steak fingers (x4) and fries were cold as if leftovers sitting there. Not fresh from the fryer. No sense of urgency from Manager. No sense of Customer service when Dining inside. They all focused on Drive-thru window. Review security cameras from March 28, 2026 between 6:38pm to 7:04pm and you will see Actions being stated.
