    Burrito bol was good as usual. I enjoy the very filling amount you receive. It’s always good and I even have leftovers for later. There was plenty of parking and the line went by very fast. I ended up not finishing so I went to grab a to go lid and bag. The lady was pretty busy but I was able to get her attention for the to go items. Glad I went and I’ll for sure be back.

    I walked out with whit rice that was brown and over cooked because they can't keep anything fresh. I had to wait too long in the first place to have steak because I'm allergic to chicken which they had plenty of chicken but the grill was full or more chicken cooking. Guy cooking had not hat or hair net. Then finally got some steak made to finish up my daughter's bowl to put someone that was in line before me when clearly you I was waiting longer and that person also wanted steak. Smh so the other staff member didn't let me complete what I was saying and piled on corn when I was saying corn but and plopped it on. I had 5 pieces of lettuce and he closed it up. I didn't want all the corn and I wanted more lettuce. I'm over this crap service and my daughter had taken my card to pay or I would have just told them to keep it. I will never return here as this was not the first time this has happened at this location.

    I came in and wasn’t greeted the girl was in the back until someone told her to come up, then she asked the “manager” twice for some fresh steak because she said it’s only been there for an hour and still is “fresh” that was not fresh lol. And there was only one scoop so if I have multiple orders??? They didn’t ask and didn’t care and I said I could wait and she said “we aren’t making any more sorry” what kind of service is that ???? Trash

    I normally enjoy coming to this location and have never had an issue before, which is why this experience was confusing and disappointing. I came in and ordered a burrito and requested my black beans on the side. The employee helping me said that would be fine. I also asked for red sauce. When I got to checkout, I noticed the red sauce container was not filled. I politely asked if it could be topped off. The manager (I’m assuming she was the manager, as she was assisting at the register) told me that what I received was the portion given and that if I wanted more, I would need to purchase an additional side. I agreed, even though I normally wouldn’t have made an issue out of it. When she handed me the additional sauce I paid for, it was filled to the top. In the photo, the sauce on the right is the one I paid for, and the sauce on the left is the one I originally received. That’s what made the situation confusing — if the second one could be filled to the top, I don’t understand why the first one couldn’t simply be topped off instead of requiring me to purchase another. I come to this location often and have never been told I had to buy an additional sauce just to have the original portion properly filled. I’ve interacted with other managers here before and never experienced this. Unfortunately, this interaction makes me question whether I want to continue service at this Chipotle if this is how simple customer requests are handled.
