We had two normal meals and 6 kids meals (normal chicken and fries), ordered on the app ahead of time, waited through the line and then watched 6-10 cars get their orders while we sat there. No apology for the wait when we finally got our food. Our usual Chick-fil-A in Irving would never do us this was.
- JJJayMar 25, 20265.0The chicken is actually crispy and full of flavour (not greasy like most fast food), and the buns are soft and just work really well with it. Simple but done properly. Waffle fries are also elite. Service here was really good too. Quick, friendly, no issues even when busy.
