  nadiya was amazing and everyone else had some sort of attitude. they did not have half the things available that i wanted in my bowl. pretty disappointing. get it together 😸

  The person who recommended me said this was “Mediterranean Chipotle”. That description is spot on. All the items I got in my bowl were super fresh and yummy!

  Horrible experience. Ordered a steak bowl in advance. It was ready quickly. But it’s a good thing I planned to eat on site, except the tables were filthy and the rice was raw. Uncooked. I reported it, but round two included 4 ingredients I did not order and was missing 2 that I did. Tell me you don’t care without telling me you don’t care.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I walked in expecting to get exactly what I had in mind, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. What could have been a disappointing experience quickly turned into one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a long time—thanks to Jacob. From the moment he stepped in, his energy, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help completely shifted my experience. He didn’t just offer alternatives—he took the time to understand what I was looking for and thoughtfully guided me to something even better than what I originally came for. That level of care is rare. Jacob was not only knowledgeable, but incredibly charming and polite. He made me feel valued as a customer, not rushed or overlooked. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every interaction. I left feeling genuinely impressed and appreciated. As long as Jacob is part of the team, I will absolutely be returning—and recommending this place to others. Give this man the recognition he deserves. He’s a true asset.   There is no reason to order online: we placed order for 5 people at 7:10 with a pickup of 7:30 (so their order system says). Now I’m sitting in the store, 45 min later, while a long line of customers being served AND walking out … and I’m still sitting here and waiting. And waiting. Had I just gotten in the store in line, I guess I’d be eating right now? On a plus side: the food was VERY tasty! Sorry for the grumpy rating: I was getting hangry waiting …
