Worst place ever, they make you wait sooo long for such simple food orders. Then the workers already have a bad frustrated attitude when you talk to them they don’t care. This always happens at this location…. The food is tiny for the prices it’s a scamm…

I DEFINITELY SEE WHY THE 1 STARS ARE GIVEN!!! I've tried this particular location approx 4 times just to give them redemption.... NOPE, I had the 3 tenders combo and I order online went in 7mins later it was already waiting but once I open the box... the smallest tenders they could've found and as the worst part was IT WAS MOST THE BREADING... No meat, the fries had a whole bottle of season on it and the sweet tea was disgusting! By far the worst experience and ordering out of all the times I've tried them.

DEFINITELY NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!! I’ve tried going through the drive thru multiple times this week after my shift around 2am. On Thursday, was told the system is down. On Friday, was told that they were closed from 2:30am - 4am. Then on Sunday, was told the power was out (even though all the lights were on & he literally spoke to me through the headset/drive-thru speaker).

So I get to the window I do see they have a truck and the guy doesn’t take my order he says pull around. Ok so I pull around to the last window and no one is there they are all walking around the kitchen. This younger black young lady was there looking at the screen yawning and leaning with her back turned in front of the window never coming to my car A younger curly hair young man with black glasses told her it’s a car behind u…the shrugged her shoulders and walked away he then came to the window and stated sorry about that how can I help you he was polite and maybe the only reason I have a 4 star on the food…But please train the young workers to be polite and ready to provide customer service everyone has hard days…

I went to get my favorite chicken at bojangles but I’m very disappointed on how my last visit went. I went today 3/14/26. When I got there I went through the drive through and all was well I paid and everything went great. The worker said it was a 3 minute wait which I have no issue with at all. I ended up sitting in my car waiting on my food for 23 minutes… I work in fast food and I know it sucks but I’m very disappointed this time around. There should be no reason for a 23 minute wait, or if there is the employees need to tell me so I can make a decision based off the time I had. When I received my food everything was great but when I opened my Bo-berry biscuits I was very sad and wasted my money. It was doused with the syrup/glaze like there was a puddle of it sitting in the bottom of the container. In the photos and shows a light drizzle not a bunch. So I didn’t even eat those because it was wayyyy too much sugar and I never asked for extra. When I picked one up it was so soggy. I’m very disappointed not sure if I’ll come back. I was there from 11-11:30pm. I thought this was fast food. I work at a fast food joint and I know how it feels and it sucks however it was me and one other person in front of me, it’s not like yall were busy or anything. I also couldn’t get a refund according to the employees even though I received food I couldn’t eat and waited 23 minutes when I was told 3 minutes causing me to be late to pick up my little sister so she was just sitting at a park in the dark late at night. I would appreciate to get a response on why I experienced this and if I can get a refund.
