  This place really has a issue with filling up their fries. They act like it's coming directly out of their paycheck. Everytime i go my fries look like this. If i wanted a small or medium fry, i would've ordered it, no? PLEASE WORK ON THIS ITS SO FRUSTRATING.

  Service and food was fine and not really a problem with the staff or cleanliness at all. Just really not a fan of the new McDonald's design and layout here. Can't get your own drink, condiment, or anything. And hard to flag someone down at the front desk for refil or see anything going on.

  NEVER AGAIN. This McDonalds is a joke. I was asked to pull up to the second window, waited 15 minutes watching one order after another go past me. When I reversed back to the first window to let them know that I never received the two frappes that I ordered, she asked me to bull BACK up to the second window and wait. Instead, I went inside. When I asked the manager for a refund, she obliged and then walked off and continued working in the back. Until I firmly asked her AGAIN for my refund. This place needs a complete overhaul in training their employees and management team.

  The drive thru order taker wasn’t paying attention. I knew my ONE ITEM order was going to be messed and it was. So I drove around to the window again to get it right and saw the demeanor of the staff involved then decided to get my money back instead. No thank you!

  Now I know they aren’t sending their best when it comes to fast food but at what point is complete lack of intelligence an issue? I went through the drive thru but couldn’t use the mobile app because, for some reason, that area is a black hole for cell signal. That’s not McDonald’s fault, I just thought I’d mention it. Attempted to order a 2C which is a Deluxe Quarter Pounder with Cheese which is important later in this story. However, the lady over the speaker couldn’t discern the letter so she said, “B as in Boy?” I replied, “C as in Charlie.” Still not understanding, she asked if I wanted the bacon and cheese option which is B, but I explained I wanted the Deluxe. She said, “Oh, C as in cat.” ………………… Anyway, I did round up for charity because I had cash and it would make the currency transaction easier. Get to the second window, was told to pull into stall 2 aaaaaaaaand they gave me a Deluxe McCrispy. How in God’s name can you mess up that bad? I had a phonetic lesson with the lady over the speaker for no reason now. They do get an extra star because the fries were warm.
