  I went in Ennis store and ordered supreme taco combos to go. Friendly polite service with reasonable wait time, but the tacos had an aftertaste, maybe meat wasn’t fresh even though the order was at 11:48 am.

  I Have NEVER had a good thing to say about taco bell food BUT this one rocked!! Not only was my order correct but it was made with fresh ingredients. Employees were efficient and fast plus there wasn't a lot of useless talking between employees. AND for my cleanliness fans - This place was spotlessly clean. The soda area wasn't sticky. Dining room supplies stocked and neat plus you know one of my issues - Yup light fixtures and vents were dust free. You could tell the employees took pride in their jobs.

  I just had a Taco Bell experience that's worth talking about. Usually, it's just a quick stop for a Crunchwrap Supreme, right? But today was different. First off, the place was spotless. Like, actually clean, not just surface-level stuff. Then, the person who took my order, karol, was super friendly and patient while I decided between the usual and trying something new (I went with the Nacho Fries, and no regrets). But here's the kicker: my order was perfect. Seriously, every sauce packet, every modification I asked for – spot on. And the food? Hot, fresh, and exactly what I needed. It's like they actually cared about making my meal awesome. So yeah, if you're looking for a Taco Bell that goes above and beyond, Ask for karol, and prepare for a surprisingly great experience.

  Worst service I've ever experienced made us wait at the speaker nobody was in line and nobody answered so I drove to the window and they wanted to be funny and tell me I need to drive around and do it again I said nope u can take it here mind u I counted 7 people standing around at the window doing nothing there ride food is never right worst service yet

  This has got to me the most stingy Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My chips and queso, the chips are half gone. The cinnamon twists have no seasoning on them, just a bare twist. Are yall using one cinnamon bottle a year? Good grief. My idiot self keeps coming here so I deserve it I guess.
