When a manager finally came out, I was told to wait an additional four minutes, despite already waiting over 25 minutes past the promised pickup time for a very simple order. The lack of communication and acknowledgment was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I understand delays happen, but being ignored and given no explanation is unacceptable.
