We asked the staff multiple times where our food was and we were told they were working on it. The front line staff mentioned it to the manager multiple times but she didn’t do anything about it. Finally, I had enough of waiting and asked for a refund. The manager simply said she couldn’t do anything because it was a mobile order and didn’t offer any apologies for the absurd wait or try to expedite the order. This location is trying to make their drive through times look good and completely neglect anyone who steps foot inside. Multiple other guests were waiting upwards of 45 mins for their order. We went to DQ down the road and got our food in 5 minutes.
