My family stopped on the way to Houston from Dallas and we arrived at 9:20pm to eat and they had all seating blocked off except for the 3 middle tables and were mopping and had completely saturated water soaked floor. From the time we walked in we were met with hateful and judgmental eyes. It felt like the mean girls club. The young light skinned girl with the glasses said umm are yall all together? And we responded with yes and she and her little friends proceeded to ask again to which we responded with, yes. This Chick-fil-A has ally to learn about customer service. There was NO “my pleasure” at this restaurant. What we were met with was: Are yall all together? All of you? I spoke to the manager and advised her to speak to her workers about their less than desirable attitude. It is the only Chick Fil A that has not been a great experience. DEFINITELY NOT CHRISTIAN LIKE, NOT WELCOMING and NO INDICATION OF MY PLEASURE!!!!!!

- ADAmy DawnApr 4, 20265.0Okay, quick stop here and walked in to moderate customers and workers literally Cinderella cleaning baseboards on hands and knees with scrub pads. Bathroom was impeccable. Ordered 2 meals and food was nearly at our table before we were got and fresh. We were with friends and theirs was the same way. Fresh flowers, friendly faces and service with a smile. Highly recommend this location.
