Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Many customers praised the friendly and attentive staff, highlighting exceptional service experiences.

If you want fries that are not hot and s place that routinely gets your order wrong, this is the Whataburger for you!!! You would think that 15mins of waiting in line with 2 customers in front of you, they would have enough time to get it right and fresh. Nope. Not these employees. After speaking to 2 different managers, I would think something would change. I live in wills point and will go to sulphur springs before this going here.

I placed a delivery order, but this location doesn't deliver. Did anyone who works here tell me that? No. Not until I called a second or third time and had waiter forever. Um, thanks? I have never had fries so salty they burn my lips until now. The chicken strips had as much gristle as meat, the honey butter chicken biscuit was edible but definitely not good. Extremely mediocre food and unhelpful people, I would go elsewhere

I hate to do this but enough is enough. I have made a complaint in the past that is the reason for all of this. A few months back I had a bad experience with a visit to the extent I felt the need to contact Whataburger corporate complaint through their online website I believe. I came in purchased some items and when I got home I discovered the items were not what I had ordered. Called back to the store and was told by the manager on duty in so many words it was my fault for not looking in the bad before I left. The store GM reached out to me and I expressed what happened and he apologized and offered to replace the items as long as I had my receipt and I did. When I went in the get the items replaced the manager that was on duty the night this all happened was there and treated me like crap, refused to help me made the young lady that was up front deal with me, and refused to bring me my food when it was finished . Now every single visit they act like I’m not supposed to be there getting food and every visit there is an issue with my food. If there was another Whataburger I would go to it but there isn’t one close to me. This place needs new management in a bad way because they let their lower level managers treat customers like crap and be petty to them. The young Hispanic male that works at night as a shift leader also ignores me when I come in and gives me cut eye because I complained. Tonight I go in and grab a burger and ask for the bacon to be well well done and states it in the receipt but they gave it to me not only without the bacon well done but with no sauce. This is crazy.
