- BSBarbara SchulzMar 31, 20261.0I guess the store 475 in Elgin does not offer carry out services I am 78 years old with a basket full of groceries with not one but two baggers that loaded my cart and told me to have a good day as they continued their conversation as a former H‑E‑B employee I was taught to make sure my customers were comfortable taking their groceries out regardless of age or disability I’ve let this slide for a while but today was the last straw had I been that cashier or bagger I’d still be in that back office your front end management need to stop the gathering at lane 12 and get the younger employees to learn customer service
