  Stopped by this establishment this evening, around 9:30. I asked for a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and pecans. I received the treat, had very little hot fudge, receive no napkins. I went to sit and eat, took a better look at the treat, very little fudge. The reason I asked for extra is because they get stingy with a treat that’s costs over 4 bucks. So, I went back through the drive through. I asked her to charge me for extra fudge, told her that for some reason they don’t put much fudge on them, she said the reason was because it’s hard to push the pump to get the fudge out!! Well, that didn’t set well with me. So, I said “ so it’s hard for you to do your job, so you take it out on me? Your job isn’t near as hard as mine”. So she hands me back my card, tells me to have a good night and shuts the window. I went inside, definitely heated. The manager says “ she put plenty of fudge on it” . I told her I’d pay for it, but being told it’s too hard to pump the fudge was a crappy thing to say. I was loud this point, so she told me to leave. Yeah, I wasn’t exactly right in the way I spoke, but I give the same energy that I receive. These fast food joints are getting lazier employees and have the worst excuses for not performing their jobs correctly. What gets lost in all this, we pay with our hard earned money, but get treated like imbeciles. All I want is what my hard earned money pays for, no more or no less.

  They always take forever to give you your food, got come chicken thats wasn’t fully cooked, and always give their employees their break when attending customers and forget about the customer leaving them to wait longer
