  jacqueline or whatever her name is is the most rude, sarcastic manager ive ever met at a whataburger ever. i dont even leave reviews but i asked for mayo and avacado on my burger, and my wife asked for a number 5 with mayo and no lettuce. on mine, they put so much mayo that you coukd barely see the green dot of avacado that basically was bon existent. i asked for no lettuce and they still put lettuce and on top of that they did that on my wifes burger too. also both burgers were mad messy and just thrown together and when i say way too much mayo i mean mcdonalds mcchicken too much. so i went back to the store and asked for a refund and at first she saying she cant refund because i ordered thru the app (only my burger was thru the app bot my wifes) and i pointed out that i drove all the way back to the store and asked her to remake it. she opened my burger and pointed out that little tiny dot of avacado in the sea of mayo and i was like "come on dude you know thsts wrong, would you eat that?" she didnt answer my question and rolled her eyes and again said she wasnt remaking and asked for a receipt so i handed her the reciept and she asked for the other one so i gave her that ine too. she never gave the first one back and acted like i bever gave it to her ( THERES LITERALLY CAMERAS THAT WOULD SHOW I HAD BEEN GAVE IT TO HER) so i asked for the general manager. she tried to give me the stire number and i again said i wanted the gm number not the store. she then went and callled the gm and came back asking if i wanted my money or a remake. i said the money and she started saying i needa go thru the app again. so i told ger refund my wifes and remake mine. she had such a nasty attitude about it and im still sure she never even talked to the gm. when i called coorprate they gave me 1,000 free WB points for a free order AND the refund so i know it was possible to go about this without being the way she was. i wish i couldve talked to the GM still.
