  I gave an extra star because the honey chicken biscuit is amazing, but when I ordered 8 minutes ahead online, I hoped to receive it right away or a couple of minutes after. I didn't expect to wait nearly 30 minutes for two chicken biscuits. There wasn't even a line or anyone inside. Do believe they were only 2 ppl but near 30 mins is wild for me to be the only person there.

  Place used to be one of the best around. Since the reopening, space became tight and unfriendly. Servers hide on the kitchen, soda service is inconveniently at place to cross from tables, trash bins are in middle of the lobby and heartbreaking, food is bland. I've been on other places and this place comes with food so bland is sad. The place tried so badly to become modern but failed by design. If a class for bad design were given, this restaurant would be the perfect example of a bad design. The windows have no blinds and sun hits harsh at the daylight. The tables are so crumbled is uneasy to pick a table without knocking other people's chair. Staff is young and lacks experience or maybe they do know the place is so unfriendly they just no longer care. Staff stares at you and doesn't even recognize you or ask how can they help you. They just walk away even when cross sight. Once again this used to be one of the best places but now is not even a shadow of what used to be.

  I went through the drive through ordered ahead, they messed up my order, the overnight people are very rude and refuse to fix any of the messed up food or give the food that was missing. This was my favorite place sadly not now

  I used your drive thru and ordered 3 combos for My family and I. My order first was wrong I ordered a green chile combo and I was giving a Monterey melt I also order spicy ketchup and was not given any ketchup at all. I spend 41dls on my order and was completely disappointed with my order. I went back spoke too two managers and got nothing resolved. Poor service and upset and disappointed customer.

  This whataburger has no “fast” food at all, they always take forever to give your food. I thought it was just because they had just opened, but they’re still the same. Such a shame, because we love Whataburger.
