Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Poor customer service with angle, Juan and a skinny dark female manager who told me that that the reason she kept hanging up on me was because it’s a place of business. She got upset because we complained about the food it was hard and dry also gave us the runs. We just wanted them to make it right for the us as the customers. She yelled at us an slammed the window in my face. Something need to be addressed with this situation. And on top of that we were still going to order more food.

I went to Whataburger around 8pm and as I pulled up to drive through both lanes were open so I went through the outside lane and I was waiting in line. I was waiting in line for a few minutes and there was a car in front of me next to the order hub then the worker, a young girl, comes up and puts a cone in front of my car and walks away. I was the last car on the outside lane and she put a cone in front of my car! I just wait there because I’m right by the order hub thing and I watch her take orders for the cars in front of me then she comes towards me and moves the cone up about 4ft and walks away again. She then brings out the orders for the cars in front of me and completely ignores me and walks away. I call the store and speak to the supervisor on duty and explain the situation so she send her out to move the cone so I can move up and then they take my order. This whole thing took about 20 minutes. I understand they wanted to close the outside lane but It was very rude that the girl put the cone in front of my car instead of putting it at the entrance of the lane. She was very rude and disrespectful and didn’t even look at me or apologize for her behavior. It was a very bad experience.
