- DRDesiree RendonApr 6, 20261.0I had terrible service on Saturday night, I had made a digital order before making it to Wendy's. When we got there, there was only one car in front of us, and once we got to the window, we were told to park in the front, and were the only car for about 5 minutes. After that, about 7-8 cars came and were helped, even those that had parked next to us, except us. We waited 30 minutes for our food, and when we finally got our food, the order was wrong, and our food was cold. It was a terrible experience, and I will never go back to that location.

There is no wait on the drive thru lane , no one behind me and they ask me to park to bring out my order ! What happen to drive thru lane???? Same thing with the fries , what happen to those big fries they use to serve ??? I got the thin fries that are at the bottom of the bag of fries !! 8100 north loop store in El Paso

- JPjavier perezMar 14, 20261.0they’ve messed up my order the past like 5 times i’ve been here, they constantly have a wait time(with like 2-4 cars in line), the food is rarely hot usually really cold, i ordered a chocolate frosty and a fruit punch hi c and got a large cherry coke and a root beer??? how do you mess it up that bad😭 it was good when it first opened now the service is just terrible , shoulda had a burger king there🤷🏽
