- ICIsmael CarbajalMar 25, 20263.0Ok so I’m usually not so critical when it comes to service as in knowing your job but come on seriously…this crew did not know anything about the Wendy’s app or what it has…like I said don’t like being critical but as an employee where’s the growth and as a assistant manager wouldn’t you at least have some knowledge of the companies apps? As Wendy’s goes it was delicious they served up quickly and the mannerisms were ok👍🏽oh by the way we asked for the family size chili beans and got 5 little guys to make up their lack supplies 😳
- AWAdam WhiteMar 19, 20261.0I purchased a burger and when I got home decided to heat it up in the microwave. BAD IDEA! The darn wrapping paper they use CAUGHT ON FIRE!!! I spoke to the manager, but instead of just apologizing, he was so CYNICAL and RUDE!! He said that it was my fault for heating it with the wrapper!! I told that sarcastic so called "manager" that I DID NOT KNOW the wrapper is made of ALUMINUM, since it just looks like red paper!!! I will NEVER PURCHASE at Wendy's again!!!!🤦🏻♂️👎👎
