  Stopped by after work. The lady at the window really smeed like she didn't want to be there. I ordered the $6 Biggie bag, the chicken sandwich. She first asked "Spicy or regular", so I ordered Spciy with regular nuggets. She then tells me I can't get my chicken sandwich Spciy. Then why did you ask if I wanted it spicy if its not an option? She seemed annoyed I wanted regular nuggets and not spicy ones. When I did get my meal, she gave me spicy nuggets anyway. My fries wwre cold, not even warm. When I went back to the window she gave me a free 10 piece nuggets. The lobby doors were locked, it was only 9pm. The lobby is supposedly open until 11 pm. So why were the doors locked at 9pm.?? Several people trying going om, but we all had to go to the window. They did eventually open the doors when a group of 6 went to the door...

  Came here once 6 months ago for the “Krabby Patty” burger and it was not good, decided to give it a try again with the Dave’s single today and same experience. Food was cold , didn’t taste that good , and they gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular , and were cold also …

  Stopped for dinner ordered their panko Alaskan fish sandwich and after what seemed like forever, I received a dried up hard "fish" sandwic I asked for a plain, dry cheeseburger for my daughter, it didn't have cheese.

  My complaint has to do with them up charging to large every visit without asking. This last time I specifically said medium and when I got my receipt and food sure enough it was large again. This is fraud and inexcusable.
