  Unbelievable! The worst experience i have ever had in my life. First off i wasted 42$. They forgot 2 of my tacos and i went inside to let them know. Lisa the manager was rude. Secondly i get home to realize that none of the tacos were supreme i paid for all of them to be supreme. Seriously avoid this taco bell or check your order in front of them.

  This Taco Bell sucks, pulled up to the drive thru and the guy smelled like cigarettes, marijuana and booze, tacos where cold and there was little meat on all my tacos

  I placed an order online, as soon as o arrived they told me they were not taking orders, I told her I placed it online, then I got to the window and she gave a cold coffee saying they didn’t have any other coffee and I told her I’m sorry I ordered a hot coffee not cold. Then they made but with a. Bad attitude

  Taco Bell is always a good quick meal option, usually prepared well with little to no issues. However this Taco Bell really needs to step up their game with service. I stopped on on Saturday evening around 6:40, and went in to place an order. I was not greeted or even acknowledged by staff for 10 minutes, even though multiple employees looked over at me waiting and made eye contact. I was not even told that I'd be helped shortly, just watched the employees mess around and barely do their jobs. A manager even passed by TWICE. I was about to walk out of the store and go through the drive thru by the time someone came over to me to actually take my order. I understand being busy taking both Drive Thru and Counter Orders, but the store wasn't, even busy with only 2 cars in the Drive Thru and only me inside, and about 7-9 employees. It is not a good look to leave a customer standing there waiting for service while your employees just joke and mess around, and take their sweet time to provide any type of service.
