  I placed a breakfast order at Taco Bell at 10:30 AM and headed over to pick it up right away. I waited in the drive-thru line, and by the time I finally got to the window, it was 11:03 AM. At that point, I was told I couldn’t receive my order because breakfast hours had ended—even though I had already placed and paid for it during breakfast time. What’s most frustrating is that I wasn’t given my food OR a refund. I waited in line for over 30 minutes only to leave empty-handed and out of pocket. That’s completely unacceptable. If an order is placed within breakfast hours, it should be honored, especially when the delay is due to the line and not the customer. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. That’s why I’m leaving a 1-star review.

  Tried to order a cheese beef burrito. They kept trying to give me a bean burrito. I don't understand.

  I've had alot of issues with this place for years, but after last night I will never eat there every again. I ordered over $70 worth of food last night for my big family, and we were only able to eat 3 tacos of that whole order. I FOUND A BLACK HAIR IN MY TACO!!! I WAS CHEWING ON THE HAIR WHEN I REALIZED. Mind you, my hair is platinum blonde, so I know it wasn't mine. I threw up the taco and my teenagers refused to eat any of the 2 party taco boxes that we got. On top of that the tacos had the least amount of meat, cheese, and lettuce, that I have every seen. And in the past they forgot to put a steak burrito in my bag. We all know the steak isn't cheap. I was pregnant so I was really craving that burrito. By far I'd have to say that this is the worst location you can order from. Food is terrible, service is awful, and portions are the worst.

  Usually pretty good but whoever they hired recently....oof. Nacho fries burnt and solid, cheesy potatoes had NO cheese and were also very hard. My chalupa wasn't properly wrapped either so when I went to grab it out the bag, everything spilled out 💔 very sad meal.

  terrible. i placed an online order about $30 worth of food for me and a few friends. when it arrived, the burritos were missing ingredients, it was beans and minimal sauce, missing the meat and sour cream… the taco was missing half its shell and it wasn’t even filled half ways of completing a full taco. overall the meal looked like it was packed by someone who didn’t care and wanted to get the order done asap with no care. manager needs to step it up and talk to their employees, and based on other people’s comments/reviews it doesn’t seem i’m the only one with an issue at this location. do better
