  Over charged, I was charged a whole other sub just for ordering two boats of chicken that cost only 3 bucks each......, I'll be avoiding here.

  This is really ridiculous. Drive up is suppose to be fast and yet I have waited here for 30 minutes. I can see two employees through the drive up window, one eating and the other Employee disgusting. Has gloves on but touching her phone and the phone has germs. Very unsanitary. She did not change her gloves and touching the food. I will never come here again. Employees are not communicating with each other. One came to the window and said I’ll be back. Never came. Another employee comes out and says have you been helped After waiting 30 plus minutes. Do better with drive up and communication Subway.

  I ordered 5 sandwiches from this location on the app. Order was too be done and ready by :8:45, they closed the lobby early, as the website they are open until 9:30. Had to go thru drive thru which normally isn't in issue, however they do not use drive thru order, you have to order at the window. When I tell Alex that I was picking up an order, gave her my name, she tells me that they couldn't make two of my sandwiches because they don't have roast beef and not allowed to substitute. I found out when I got to the window. Alex said they called the customer, I explained I am the customer I did not receive a call from them. Verified the number on the receipt is mine. Still no call or voicemail. Alex still stated that Juan called, she handed him the phone and watched him call. So either he lied to her or she lied to me. Alex refused to give me the information to call in a complaint, claiming she didn't have it or she wasn't allowed to give it out.

  Condescending, young male employee with glasses was very rude. Asked for simple request to hold the teriyaki sauce and he bluntly said, “We don’t make exceptions here!” I will go to any length to avoid this location!
